magenta is an alternative-pop singer-songwriter based in Toronto. As a highly emotive writer, she pulls inspiration from her own experiences and the experience of others. Her music is similar to the likes of Phoebe Bridgers, Gracie Abrams and Jeremy Zucker. With smooth melodies and brutally honest lyrics, magenta’s growing audience is submerged into her music and are engaged with her sound.

magenta released her first single in 2021; after that success she released her debut EP, “lost in plain sight” in March 2023. magenta has amassed over 1.5 million streams with her collaborative single “Over and Over” with French electro chill-pop artist, Lonely in the Rain. Most recently, magenta has released her sophomore EP “can you see the beginning?” on March 1st 2024.
